School Policy

  1. All students must carry a valid BC driver’s license during every lesson.
  2. Each in-car lesson is a minimum of 60 minutes, with at least 50 minutes of driving practice.
  3. If the instructor is late, your full lesson time will be given, either during the session or added to a future lesson.
  4. If the student is late, the lesson will start at the scheduled time and no extra time will be added.
  5. Lesson fee is $75 per hour if pick-up and drop-off are at a SkyTrain station.
  6. Lesson fee is $90 per hour for pick-up and drop-off at your preferred location. We offer one-on-one training. A second person may join for observation only, for an added fee of $25.
  7. All lessons and packages are non-transferable under any circumstances.
  8. Lesson fees must be paid in full before the lesson starts.
  9. No refunds will be given for lessons or road test sessions that have already taken place.
  10. Students are responsible for booking their own road tests.
  11. All lessons must be completed within 12 months of payment. No refunds or lessons will be given after this period.
  12. To cancel or reschedule a lesson, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations will be charged a $30 reschedule fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in a forfeited lesson.
  13. Each student will receive an electronic copy of the school policy.
  14. We cannot guarantee a passing result on your road test. Outcomes vary by student
  15. Buy a Road Test Package or rent a car for your road test without  previous lessons with our school.Payment is required immediately after confirmation.

Refund Policy

  1. All purchases are final sale and non-transferable.
  2. Refunds are only available for unused lessons, with at least 48 hours’ notice.
  3. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged a $30 cancellation fee.
  4. A $25 processing fee applies to all refunds.
  5. If you bought a package, used lessons will be charged at the regular individual lesson rate.
  6. All fees must be paid in full before your road test.
  7. Accepted payment methods: e-transfer or cash after booking is confirmed or before your lesson starts.
  8. For road tests at ICBC McDonald Street or ICBC Kingsway, an extra $20 fee applies.

  9. We do not offer single lessons with pick-up and drop-off included. Otherwise, a $15 fee applies to each lesson for this service.
