1.All students must carry a valid BC driver’s license during every lesson.
2.Each in-car lesson is a minimum of 60 minutes, with at least 50 minutes of driving time.
3.If your instructor is late, your full lesson time will be provided—either during the session or added to a future lesson.
4.If the student is late, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time. No additional time will be added.
5.The lesson fee is $75 per hour when pick-up and drop-off are at a SkyTrain station.
6.The lesson fee is $90 per hour for pick-up and drop-off at your preferred location. Lessons are one-on-one. An additional person may observe for a fee of $25.
7.All lessons and packages are non-transferable under any circumstances.
8.Lesson fees must be paid in full before the lesson begins.
9.No refunds will be issued for completed lessons or road test sessions.
10.Students are responsible for booking their own road tests through ICBC.
11.All lessons must be completed within 12 months of payment. No refunds or rescheduled lessons will be available after this period.
12.To cancel or reschedule a lesson, you must give at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged a $30 rescheduling fee.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of that lesson.
13.Each student will receive an electronic copy of this school policy.
14.We cannot guarantee a pass on your road test, as results depend on individual performance.
15.Road Test Packages or car rentals for road tests can be booked without taking previous lessons, but full payment is required immediately upon confirmation.

Refund Policy
1.All purchases are final sale and non-transferable.
2.Refunds are only available for unused lessons if cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
3.Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged a $30 cancellation fee.
4.A $25 processing fee applies to all refunds.
5.If you purchased a lesson package, any used lessons will be charged at the regular hourly rate when calculating your refund.
6.All fees must be fully paid before your road test.
7.Accepted payment methods: e-transfer or cash, payable after booking is confirmed or before your lesson starts.
8.For road tests at ICBC McDonald Street or ICBC Kingsway, an additional $20 fee applies.
9.We do not offer single lessons with pick-up/drop-off. If required, a $15 transportation fee applies per lesson.
